What You'll Learn: • Emotional Stillness: Techniques to remain calm and centered during emotional experiences. • Body Connection: Methods to deepen your connection with your body. • Embodied Regulation: Tools for regulating your nervous system. • Stress Resilience: Strategies to build resilience against stress. • Self-Compassion: Practices to enhance self-compassion. • Effective Communication: The power of listening and sharing. • Sense of Safety: Creating and experiencing a feeling of safety.
