This course (10h /15h) offers to people who are doing not only Yoga but also from breathing and meditation, wishing to practice the well-being approach, furthering the knowledge and understanding of meditation.  


The course particularly suits people who…

Wish to experience deeper meditation.

Wish to know different aspects of meditation. 

Wish to take care of their inner selves as well as people around. 


The content of this course includes anatomy, neuroscience, philosophy, breathing methods, Mindful Yoga etc… You will learn meditation and Mindfulness based on these knowledges.  



10 hours Course contents

Day1: Basic (6 hours)

  • What is Mindfulness?

  • What is Meditation?

  • What is happening in your brain?

  • Mindfulness Yoga

  • Control your sensation

  • Body scanning

  • What is breathing?

  • Anatomy of breathing 


Day 2: Basic (4 hours) 

  • Mindfulness Mediation 

  • Brain science of emotion

  • What are senses?

  • My opinion about Yoga

  • One point focusing meditation 

  • Yoga Nidra and its effect

  • Mindful Communication

  • To deepen the understating of yourself by journaling 

  • Empathy practice

  • Marcy Meditation 


After the completion of Day 1 and Day 2 of this course, Meditation Journal Book will be given to you. (You can submit it when you finish journaling for 5 days of a week after 10-20 mins meditation.)

* Journaling will lead and connect to deeper self-recognition.
